What we do

Paid social, creative and growth under one roof. Built to move numbers, not decks.

Who we build for

Five categories where we have run the accounts, hit the ceilings and know the workarounds. Deep in each, not spread across everything.

In-house

Creative, production and post sit next to the media buyers. No agency handoffs.

Who we are

The people, the beliefs and the reviews behind the work.

Join the team

Media buyers, strategists and creatives who would rather ship a test today than polish a deck all week.

Our team

We look for curious people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and care about the work.

Passage Publishing

How Passage Publishing built email and SMS from zero to $93.2K in six months.

One plain-text promo a week and a default cart email became a full Klaviyo program: 1,134 orders, a list three times the size, and $93.2K in owned revenue.

Overview

Passage Publishing is an independent book publisher selling direct from its own site. When Connect Social came in, email was one plain-text promo a week and the only automation was Shopify's default cart email. Six months after the move to Klaviyo, the owned channel had produced $93.2K across 1,134 orders, split almost evenly between campaigns and flows, and the list had tripled.

Starting point

No signup form, so the list only grew when someone bought. No welcome sequence, so new subscribers heard nothing until the next promo. No browse or cart abandonment beyond the Shopify default. No SMS. One text-only email a week, sent to everyone. A catalog of box sets and new releases with no launch plan around any of it.

From one plain-text promo a week to $93.2K in six months.

Passage Publishing · Klaviyo

What we built

Klaviyo went live on March 11, 2026. A signup form on the site so the list could grow without an order. Welcome, cart, browse and post-purchase flows, each written for a reader, not a shopper. Campaigns redesigned around the books: a cover, a reason to care, one clear button. SMS added for launches. Then a launch calendar built on the catalog, so box sets and new titles each got a proper send instead of a line in the weekly promo.

Results

  • $93,218 in Klaviyo-attributed revenue in six months, from a standing start
  • 1,134 orders
  • List tripled in six months
  • Flows, which did not exist before, produced just over half the revenue
  • Campaigns went from one plain-text send a week to designed launches on a calendar
